General
When will the AGM be held?
The Annual General Meeting of PSCU Credit Union will be held on Saturday, 13th June 2026 at 1:00 p.m.
What is the theme of this year's AGM?
The theme for this year's AGM is "60 years strong — Growing together with our Members."
Where will the AGM be held?
The AGM will be held at the La Reve Conference Centre, located at C3 Centre, 31 Corinth Road, San Fernando.
How long will the meeting last?
The meeting is scheduled from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Actual length may vary based on the number of questions and member interaction.
Who can attend the AGM?
All members are eligible to attend the Annual General Meeting.
How can I access the 2025 Annual Report?
There are two ways to access the 2025 Annual Report:
- View or download a copy from our website or Facebook page.
- Collect a hard copy at your respective branch by Tuesday, 5th June 2026.
How will I be able to ask a question?
When the Chair opens the floor for questions, members will be permitted no more than 1 minute to make their contributions. Please state your full name for the record before proceeding.
How can I submit a question about the 2025 Annual Report?
Questions can be submitted by e-mail prior to the AGM at agmquestions@pscutt.com no later than Tuesday, 9th June 2026.
How do I ensure that I am named/recognised correctly in the meeting?
When permitted by the Chair, approach the mic and state your full name for the record so that you are correctly recognised in the meeting.
How do I move or second motions on the floor?
Approach the mic and state "Moved by" or "Seconded by", followed by your full name — e.g. "Moved by John Smith" or "Seconded by Jane Smith."
How do I vote for a motion on the floor?
When a motion is on the floor that requires your vote, indicate your position by show of hand — "In Favour", "Against", or "Abstain."
Where can I find all the 2025 AGM resources?
All PSCU Credit Union AGM resources are available on our website under the Learn tab or on our Facebook page.
How soon after the AGM will dividends be paid?
Dividends are usually paid on the next working day after the Annual General Meeting.
Registration
How do I register for the upcoming AGM?
You can pre-register using any of the following methods:
- We encourage all members to pre-register online HERE to attend your hybrid AGM.
- You can also send us an email to agm@pscutt.com along with your full name, contact number and a copy of valid identification (i.e. Driver's Permit, National ID or Passport).
- Lastly, you can also call or visit your nearest branch to pre-register.
- Members can also register at the venue on the day of the AGM from 11:00 AM.
Who needs to register?
All members must register in order to participate in the AGM.
How do I know I've completed my registration for the AGM?
Once you've completed the Registration Form, you will receive confirmation via e-mail. Alternatively, you can reach out to your Credit Union representative for verification at agm@pscutt.com, or call or visit your nearest branch.
Elections & Voting
Where can I find the list of nominees for the 2026 AGM Elections?
- The list of nominees for the Board of Directors and Statutory Committees can be found in your 2025 Annual Report on pages 72–74.
- You can also download copies from our website or Facebook page: Board of Directors, Supervisory Committee, and Credit Committee nominees.
How long will the Elections take?
The overall election process will take approximately 15–20 minutes. Once the Returning Officer declares the Voting Portal open, members will have approximately 10–15 minutes to cast their votes before the portal closes.
How do I vote during the AGM?
Registered members will receive their unique Voting ID via voting card and access to the Elections Portal upon entry to the meeting. A video tutorial will also be played during the meeting, and a How-to-Vote walkthrough is available on this page.
What is a Voting ID?
A Voting ID is a private, unique code that allows you one (1) opportunity to anonymously cast your vote in the AGM Elections.
Important: Please do not share your Voting ID with anyone.
Where do I find my Voting ID?
Your voting card will be assigned to you upon entry to the meeting.
How do I access the Voting Portal?
Members will be provided access to the Voting Portal upon entry to the meeting.
Why am I unable to access the Voting Portal?
The Voting Portal is only accessible during the AGM Elections.
Note: If you've launched the Voting Portal before it has been opened, simply refresh the page and try again.
Who do I contact if I run into problems accessing the meeting or while voting?
PSCU will provide assistance through a Help Desk set up on-site. Speak to an on-site PSCU representative for assistance.
Technical
Can a single email address be used to register multiple people?
Yes, the registration portal allows multiple registrations under the same email address. Please note:
- Only one (1) device can be used to view the AGM when multiple people are registered under the same email address. Simultaneous logins on different devices using the same email are not permitted.
- Each registered person will receive a unique Voting ID sent to the shared email address. A meeting link and all Voting IDs will be emailed.
What if I'm having problems registering for the meeting?
Members can call or visit any PSCU Credit Union branch for assistance, or send an email to agm@pscutt.com with your full name, contact number, and a copy of valid identification (Driver's Permit, National ID, or Passport).
