Yes, members’ shares are insured for $25,000.00 TT and their loans for up to $100,000.00 TT. This coverage is provided by CUNA Caribbean Insurance Society Limited.
Any adult member, once in good financial standing, is eligible including those who have retired.

- Utility Bill (no older than 3 months)
- Two (2) forms of valid picture id
- Card Fee of $65.00 TT
- Activation fee of $100.00 TT

- Loans funds can be transferred to the card
Yes, there are fees attached to the card. Those fees include:
- 1% charge on each amount deposited on the card.
- $4.00 charge each time you use the card at a local ATM.
An account is classified as inactive where for three (3) consecutive years no transaction was initiated by the member on the account.
An account is classified as dormant where for a period of more than seven (7) years no transaction has been initiated by the member on the account.
The requirements for reactivation are as follows:
- Utility Bill (no older than 3 months)
- Two (2) forms of valid id
- Recent Job Letter
- Share Purchase of $100.00
- All our branches are open Monday to Friday:
- In Trinidad – 8:00 am to 3:30 pm
- In Tobago – 8:30 am to 3:30 pm
- Alternate Saturday (Arima only) – 9:00 am to 1:00 pm
