Checklist

Membership Requirements – Adult

  • Completion of membership application form
  • Two (2) forms of valid i.d.
  • Utility bill/bank statement (no older than 3 months)
  • Proof of Employment – Job Letter (no older than 3 months)
  • Proof of Income – Payslip (within 1 month)
  • Self-employed  – Business Registration & other Statutory Documents required
  • Unemployed Persons – Evidence to support how the account will be funded
  • One (1) Passport size photo
  • Registration fee of $10.00 (TT)
  • Share Purchase of $100.00 (TT)
  • A salary deduction/standing order is to be completed

And if renting kindly include:

  • Completed address verification form
  • Copy of national id card from landlord

For non-residents of Trinidad and Tobago

(items within the checklist above PLUS):
  • A character reference letter from your foreign financial institution (must be an original letter addressed to PSCU Credit Union. Copies will be accepted only if certified).

Youth

(under 18 years)
  • Completion of a membership application form
  • Electronic Birth certificate
  • One (1) Passport size photo
  • Proof of Income of parent
  • Proof of Address
  • Valid identification of child (if any)
  • Share purchase $25.00 (TT) minimum
  • Parent/legal guardian must be a member

Important

  • (i) The proof of address in the name of a spouse may be accepted when a marriage certificate is provided.
  • (ii)The proof of address in the name of a parent may be accepted where an Electronic Birth Certificate in the name of the applicant is provided, and the parent’s name is referenced in the said Electronic Birth Certificate.
    • a. In the case where the utility bill is not in your name, an Address Verification Letter, supported by a copy of the owner’s ID, MUST be submitted.
    • b. In addition to the utility bill, the following will be accepted as proof of address; e.g. UTC Statement or a local bank statement.
    • c. The application MUST be signed/ recommended by a member of the Society in good standing.
    • d. Please note your reference MUST be a non -family member.

Registration fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.
