Closure of Chaguanas Branch

The last day of operation is December 31st 2021. The Chaguanas Branch will cease operations with effect from Monday, January 3rd 2022 onwards. All other PSCU branches: Port of Spain, Arima, San Fernando and Tobago will continue to operate as usual.

The closure is due to changing member habits and a decline in the number of in-branch visits over the years.

Yes you can. Please visit the Chaguanas branch and one of our Customer Service Representatives will walk you through the process or go online to complete the form.

PSCU Credit Union will make a number of solutions available, that will be ready soon for your convenience. These are:

  • SurePay
  • A partnership with another credit union to facilitate cash transactions.
  • A Mobile Unit

It is important to note, that all members have access to PSCU Credit Union’s online banking facility. Should you need assistance to utilize the online banking, please visit any branch or call. Your existing account information will remain unchanged and will not be affected by the closure. All accounts will be transferred to the San Fernando / Port of Spain branches, unless otherwise communicated in writing to the credit union by the member.

Loan customers should make their payments as usual. Standing order and Payroll transactions will also remain unchanged, and you may proceed to any of our other branches for further transactions.

Tobago branch is open Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 4:00 pm
