You can now make payments to your PSCU account at any SurePay location across Trinidad and Tobago!
Just visit any SurePay location and give the teller your eight (8) digits PSCU account number and the product ID of the account you wish to make payment for, and proceed with your transaction.

You can make payments to any one of your PSCU account for example: Share, Ordinary deposit, Sapphire deposit, Loan payments, and Insurance payments etc.
Absolutely no withdrawals are allowed at any SurePay location.
You cannot access your account balances.
You will need to know your eight (8) digits PSCU account number. For example, (00054444) and the product ID you wish to make payment to. For Example: Loans LN001, Ordinary deposit – D0001 Sapphire deposit – D1001 FIP – D5001 Health Plan – DA001 and Onyx Visa Debit Card – D9001
The product ID determines which account your payment will be applied for. E.g.: Loans, Ordinary deposit, Sapphire deposit, FIP, Health plan and Onyx Visa Debit Card etc.
A product ID is a two to five-digit code starting with an alphabetical letter and followed by numeric digits. Each product ID denotes a specific account, e.g. D1001 is the ID for Sapphire Deposit.
All product IDs are listed below or you can contact your nearest branch to know the product ID.
No! You can only make payment via Cash or Debit Card.

Payments are registered to your account by the end of the following business day (Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays).
You will need to produce your receipt or the transaction reference number in-person at any one of our branches or email your receipt along with one form of Photo Identification at feedback@pscutt.com
There are no fees attached to the SurePay transactions.
