The Annual General Meeting of PSCU Credit Union Co-operative Society Limited will be held on Saturday 20th July 2024, at 10:00 am at the Radisson Hotel, Wrightson Road, Port of Spain.

The theme for this year’s AGM is Advancing the Dream – Leaping Towards The Vision
The meeting is scheduled from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm however this time frame may be exceeded based on the level of member interaction.
All members are eligible to attend the Annual General Meeting.
This year’s AGM will be Hybrid AGM.
In accordance with standing orders, members can ask questions during the meeting.
Alternatively, members may submit questions via e-mail before the meeting at agmquestions@pscutt.com no later than Wednesday 17th July 2024.
In accordance with the standing orders, a member may raise his or her hand and when called upon by the Chair to do so, walk to the closest mic stand to address the chair.
Virtual attendees: To contribute, a member shall:

- Type in the Q&A to post questions to the Chair.
- Use the “Raise hand” function available on the Cisco Webex platform.
Wait to be recognized by the Chair.
The member would be allowed no more than 2 minutes to present his or her question/comment.
Questions can be submitted via e-mail prior to Annual General Meeting at agmquestions@pscutt.com no later than Wednesday 17th July, 2024.
In-person attendance: The voting would be conducted physical ballot paper.
Virtual attendance: The voting would be conducted online. A voting poll will appear on your device.
Yes, the voting Kiosks will be present at the venue for electronic voting.
Yes, you can bring your personal devices to the meeting for voting electronically.

Dividends are usually paid the first working day after the Annual General Meeting.
A cash token of $60 will be deposited to member ordinary deposit for attending the AGM.
Registration
We encourage all members to pre-register online here.
You can also send us an email to agm@pscutt.com along with your full name, contact number, account number and copy of valid identification (i.e. Driver’s Permit, National ID or Passport)
Lastly, you can also call or visit your nearest branch to pre-register.
All members must register in order to participate in the AGM.

Elections and Voting

The overall Elections process will take approximately 15-20 minutes.
At the point in the Elections where the Voting Portal is declared open by the Returning Officer, members will have approximately 10-15 minutes to cast their votes. Thereafter, the Voting Portal will be closed.
